LEADERSHIP: My View

A leader must be ready and willing to adjust his or her position on an issue when new facts dictate changes be made--only a fool clings to a position in the face of new facts that requires positional adjustments.
Some characterise all positional adjustments as "flip-flop"; are they leaders or fools?
